GeoCeramica®
GeoCeramica® installs just like a traditional paver over a densely-graded base, open-graded base or Alliance Gator Base — saving you time and money compared to overlay installation. GeoCeramica® pavers are manufactured with a 3mm auto spacer, joints are easily filed with Alliance Gators' G2 Gator Maxx/Super Sand or Nitro Joint Sand. Use Xtreme Edge or Mini-Pro for edging restraint.

Interlock Concrete (RCP), a leader in the concrete hardscapes industry, is thrilled to announce the opening of one of the largest, and most advanced, concrete products manufacturing facilities in the United States, located in Jordan, MN. The new addition to the Jordan site boasts an expansive 45,000 sq ft footprint, bringing the total square footage of the operation to approximately 80,000 sq ft. The addition of the new plant in Jordan, MN underscores RCP's commitment to setting new standards for color, quality, and innovation in the hardscape community.
The new facility was designed to achieve two primary goals:
Set New Industry Standards
The new plant allows RCP to set new standards for producing vibrant product colors using the proprietary Chroma Coloring System, and unwavering quality based on the Amplified Interlock Manufacturing process. Seventy-five percent of the dollars spent on this new facility have been invested in setting new industry standards for product quality. The new facility also increases production capacity by up to 400%.
Deliver Meaningful Innovation
The investment also enhances RCP's ability to bring meaningful innovation to the hardscape industry. The pioneering nature of the new plant allows RCP to introduce products previously unavailable to the US market. In Q1 2024 alone, RCP is set to bring four new, groundbreaking products to market, underlining our commitment to innovation and excellence.
